Interior Architecture is the design of a space which has been created by structural boundaries or it can be a space which has been redesigned to accommodate a changed purpose, significantly revised design. To me, Interior Architecture is one more level of involvement than Interior Design. I get to work within a skeleton or shell of a building and fill it with the functioning muscles which contains all the elements. Bathrooms, Kitchen layouts and all plans to develop areas along with all the cabinetry components. Interior Architecture is all of the layers that create the full body of the home and then the bonus of working on the Interior Design and Decorating. I love what I do because I work on many levels of the projects that I get involved in - some are 15,000 sq. ft. from ground up, some are 2,000 sq.ft. remodels and then others are just the Design for a Kitchen or Bathroom. However, with all of them I become involved with the Client and work as a team with them and any other teammate such as the Architect and/or Landscape Architect because I think it is important for the entire project to flow together - they all effect the feeling you get when you enter and the final product of the overall project.

A perfect host is welcoming, gracious, caters to your every need, has created a perfect dream-like setting in which every guest is presented in their best light. A host is the origin orchestrator of a great event. The host has prepared and laid out all the groundwork and anticipates every need, want and desire of its invited guests. A host is always humble and gracious, never demanding attention or stealing it away from any guests, yet its seemingly effortless grace, generosity are so authentic, it is impossible not to admire, and respect this hosts orchestration of such a warm, inviting experience that will carry with you for many days to follow. Each time you recall your experience, it fills you with faint reassurance of the same energy and uplifting power your experienced as you were first welcomed by that host.
This perfect host that I am describing is your home. The home is the host for every event of your life, waking up out of bed, brushing your teeth, home sick with the flu, inviting friends over for take-out and without changing any thing and can effortlessly host.
